<p>If you play any kind of sport, basketball, volleyball, football, you want to jump higher. Increasing your vertical leaping takes work, a lot of it. It isn&#8217;t easy to add 4-6&#8243; to your vert, but it can be done. Learn you can, with work, exercise and more importantly proper jump training, increase that vert of yours.</p>
